Alba was sensational! We were a little late arriving because of a flight delay but she wasn’t bothered by that. She was bright, energetic and very passionate about Jewish history in Seville, as that has been the focus of her studies. She is absolutely delightful and we highly recommend her for any tour.

I highly recommend this tour even though the price was higher. Our guide Paco was very knowledgeable about the cathedral, tower and alcazar. He even went to the top of the tower with me when it was hot. It was one of the best tours by far. Paco did a great job even though it was hot, and we talked a lot of history. If we come back this way again I would look him up for another history lesson! Well done!

Alba was outstanding. Certainly one of the most informative tours we have enjoyed, full of historical facts and insights. Alba navigated a change in plans due to a Mass observance that required us to break up the tour into two segments. Alba’s knowledge of the history of the cultures was fascinating. Although we had visited Seville briefly several years before, we returned to stay for a longer time so that we could learn more about this culturally and historically rich city.  So how fortunate we were then to take a tour of the Santa Cruz barrio with Alba Delgado shortly after our arrival.  Alba is a scholar and an excellent interpreter of this area, and for several hours she led us through its many streets and lanes, stopping along the way to review the many layers of political and religious influence as reflected in art and architecture.  Her engaging presentations often led to deeper discussions of historical figures and events, adding to our appreciation of this region.  We are very grateful for our time with her.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you have the chance to book a tour with Alba, you should do it.  My experience with Alba and ALTAI was incredible.  Her knowledge of Seville and the surrounding area is second to none.

A little background information, I originally booked a private tour with the tour group Withlocals.  Our tour guide contacted me the evening before our tour to let me know should would be unable to provide our tour to Italica.  She did have a replacement guide for our tour and that person was Alba Delgado.  Alba was great to work with and so professional and friendly.

Our tour was scheduled for Tuesday, September 23rd.  We had issues with our travel arrangements to Seville and wouldn’t arrive in time for our tour on the 23rd.  Alba graciously offered to move our tour to the next day, Wednesday, September 24th.  Alba picked us up at our hotel and we went to Italica (the first Roman city in Spain).  If you have a chance to visit these ruins do.  We practically had the ruins to ourselves that day.  Alba was extremely knowledgeable about the ruins and gave us interesting facts and information about the site.

After we arrived back at our hotel, my husband realized he left his phone in the Uber car.  I reached out to Alba and she took control of the situation and contacted Uber for the driver information.  She then contacted the driver about the phone.  Alba kept in contact with us through the entire situation which ended up being about 3 hours.  In the end we got the phone back.  I can’t thank Alba enough for helping us through a tough situation.  She was so kind and genuinely cared about us and our dilemma.  Alba went above and beyond…not only with a fantastic tour experience but with outstanding customer service and care after the tour ended.  What could have ruined our trip was alleviated by Alba and all of her help.

If you get the chance, book a tour with Alba and her team.  You will not be disappointed and will get a wonderful and personalized experience and great memories.  I know that if I am fortunate enough to get back to Seville, I will reach out to Alba for tours in and around Seville.
