1. Cancellation 14 Days or More Before Tour Date

• For bookings made 15 or more days before the tour, if cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of the tour price, excluding any non-refundable costs (e.g., monument tickets).

2. Cancellation Less Than 14 Days Before Tour Date

• For bookings made less than 14 days before the tour, a full refund will only be granted if the cancellation occurs at least 7 days prior to the tour date.

• Bookings made during the same week of the tour will only be partially refunded at 50% of the total price.

• If preferred, you may request a voucher equal to the full tour price, which can be used on a future date.

3. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

If the tour must be cancelled due to force majeure, such as:

• Major accident or illness

• Natural disaster or catastrophe

• Other uncontrollable events

Then:

• A full refund will be granted only if proof of the event is provided.

• If no supporting proof is presented, a 50% refund will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Tickets – Alcazar and Cathedral Tours

Please note:

• Alcazar and Cathedral tickets are non-refundable, as they are issued under your full name and cannot be exchanged by the official monument administrations.

• Therefore, the ticket costs will not be refunded under any circumstances:

  • 13€ per person for the Cathedral

  • 15.5€ per person for the Alcazar
