Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation policies are designed to provide transparency and balance between our clients’ commitments and the planning required to deliver a high-quality service.
- Cancellations
More than 30 days’ notice: 90% refund of the total amount paid.
Between 15 and 30 days’ notice: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Between 3 and 10 days’ notice: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 3 days’ notice: no refund.
Note: In all cases, any applicable bank fees and administrative charges will be deducted.
- Modifications
Requests to change dates or services are subject to availability and must be made at least 15 days in advance.
We cannot guarantee re-scheduling in periods of high demand or for exclusive services.
- Cancellations by Us
If we must cancel an experience for reasons beyond the client’s control (force majeure, extreme weather, or logistical issues), you may choose either:
To reschedule the service on an agreed date, or
A full refund of all amounts paid.

Payment Policy
To ensure proper organization and booking of each experience, we work with a staged payment system tailored to the type of service requested.
