Legal Notice of Altai Turismo

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website and/or our services—whether as a visitor or as a guest making a reservation—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Use of Website & Services
All content, materials, and functionalities provided on this website are for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the site without our express written permission.

3. Payments
    3.1 Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
    3.2 Once your payment is received, your payment obligation is discharged—no further charges apply, except as described below.
    3.3 If you purchase monument tickets directly or incur extra expenses for services we do not manage (e.g., horse-carriage tours), you agree to pay those third-party providers (e.g., €45 to carriage drivers) at the time of service.

4. Applicable Taxes
All prices listed on this website include local Value Added Tax (VAT/IVA) at the rate of 21%, as required for sales of goods or services within the European Union.

5. Cancellation Policy
    5.1 Bookings ≥ 15 days before tour date:

    5.2 Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before the tour.
         Bookings < 15 days before tour date:

    5.3 Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the tour.
         Bookings during the week of the tour date:

  • 50% refund of total price.

  • Alternatively, you may request a voucher equal to the tour price for future use.

Monument Ticket Disclaimer: Monument tickets for the Alcázar (€15.50 pp) and Cathedral (€13 pp) are non-refundable by official administrations; the ticket cost will not be refunded under any circumstances.

    5.4 Force Majeure: In case of accident, serious illness, or natural disaster, we will issue a full refund upon receipt of valid proof. Absent proof, refunds will be limited to 50%.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
    6.1 We endeavor to provide accurate information but make no warranties regarding completeness or timeliness.
    6.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
    6.3 Any liability for personal injury or property damage caused by third-party providers (e.g., transport accidents) is expressly excluded, except where directly attributable to our negligence in organizing the activity.

7. Legal Registration
In compliance with Article 37(3) of Andalusian Tourism Law 13/2011 (December 23) and Article 20 of Decree 143/2014 (October 21), our commercial activity under the name Altaï Turismo Sevilla is registered with the Andalusian Tourism Registry, code AIAT/SE/00126-6, administered by Alba A. Delgado Ramírez.

8. Civil Liability Insurance
All our tours are covered by Civil Liability Insurance under policy number 00000119414126, issued by Zurich Insurance Group. This covers bodily injury, material damage, and consequential losses arising from organizational failures, facility defects, or negligence in supervising minors or persons with disabilities.

9. Exclusions
Claims are expressly excluded for:

  • Liability of travel agencies or third-party transport providers.

  • Delays or deficiencies in transport services.

  • Losses or injuries resulting from inherent risks of the activity, unless caused by organizational negligence.

  • Third-party claims not directly resulting from covered bodily or material damage.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seville, Spain.
