Any use of our website and/or services, as a website visitor, a guest constitutes an agreement to all terms and conditions and warrants that users understand, agree to and accept all terms and conditions contained here.

Payments:

When making a reservation, you have to pay the full amount in advance. Once you (being the guest) have made the payment, you have discharged your payment obligation. As a traveler no additional payments are needed; when the reservation is confirmed by us, all payments are done; except when customers buy the monument tickets by themselves, and for the extra expenses derived from the reservation of horse-carriages, which are not managed by us, hence you have to make a payment of 45€ to the drivers for such tours.

Applicable taxes:

All prices on the website include local VAT (IVA) amount of 21%. This is a tax which is payable on sales of goods or services within the territory of the Member States of the EU.

Cancellation Policy:
Bookings made 15 or more days before the day of the tour, will be fully refunded if they're canceled at least 14 days before the tour*.

Bookings made less than 14 days before the day of the tour will only be fully refunded if cancelation happens at least one week before the day of the tour.*

Bookings made during the week of the tour date will be only partially refunded at 50% of total price.

If necessary, you can always request a Voucher worth the price of the tour, to use when you are able to make the trip.

Disclaimer: *Alcazar and Cathedral tours will only be partially refunded, as the tickets are non-refundable by the official administrations of the monuments, since they're nominative tickets. For this, the amount paid for the tickets will not be refunded in any case (11€/pax for the Cathedral, and 14.5€/pax for the Alcazar).

In the event of accident, major illness or natural catastrophe, reservations will be fully refunded as long as proof of the events is provided. If no proof is provided, the refund will only be 50% of the price.

Legal Information:
In accordance with the provisions of article 37.3 of Law 13/2011, of December 23rd, on Andalusian Tourism, for statistical purposes and knowledge of the Andalusian tourist offer; and with article 20 of Decree 143/2014, of October 21st, which regulates the organization and operation of the Andalusian Tourism Registry; this activity with commercial name Altai Turismo, is registered with the code AIAT/SE/00126-6, under the administration of Alba A. Delgado Ramírez.

Civil liability insurance:

In all our visits, you have the protection of our Civil Liability Insurance, from Zurich Insurance Group, policy number 00000119414126. Civil liability is guaranteed for the organization of activities related to our service, for bodily, material and/or or consequential damages of the above that the participants may suffer, due to failures in the organization of the activities, defects in the facilities and/or the materials provided, as well as due to the breach of the duty of vigilance of minors or disabled persons. Claims for physical damages that participants may suffer due to a risk inherent to the activity itself are expressly excluded, unless there are attributable causes such as those described in the preceding paragraph.
EXCLUSIONS FOR TOUR GUIDE SERVICES:
CLAIMS ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTIES OF THIS AGREEMENT IF ARISING FROM:
- ANY LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FROM TRAVEL AGENCIES.
- DELAYS, OR DEFICIENT PROVISION OF THE SERVICE.
- DAMAGES AND INJURIES RESULTING FROM ACCIDENTS OF VEHICLES OR OTHER MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION USED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ACTIVITIES.
- DAMAGES THAT MAY BE SUFFERED BY THIRD PARTIES WHEN THEY ARE NOT A DIRECT CONSEQUENCE OF BODY OR MATERIAL DAMAGE COVERED BY THIS POLICY.
